Sandy Beach Property:
With the help of many, our property at Sandy Beach has begun to transform from dormant to a growing facility. The property is for the usage of all members. Please respect the facility and remember this is a work in progress. Non members are advised NO TRESPASSING!
Pavilion Usage:
It has been determined by the board of directors that the pavilion can be used by the general membership at any time. Members are asked to contact board members Corey Wojciechowski or Amanda Lipowski to request to reserve the pavilion for any special events. A rental agreement and deposit will be required to secure your resevation. This will be done on a first come first serve basis. A limit will be placed on the number of times pavilion can be rented. Fee will be stated in your rental agreement. Proof of insurance will also be required to secure your reservation. Membership must be current, and annual dues paid in full to secure reservation. Members requesting and using the pavilion for an event are bound by rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and your membership status will be in jeopardy. During any special events and when pavilion is rented, members are asked to refrain from using pavilion, beach and swimming area. Posting of the requested reservations will be listed here on this page and on calendar of events at the beach property. Pavilion will not be rented out on holiday weekends which include Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend. Rentals begin after Memorial Day.
